All ten sessions of our workshop series, Nutrition 101: Building a Healthier You, are now available online, free for everyone. Listen to every session in an accessible player with captions and an interactive transcript that highlights each line as it is spoken, read the full transcripts, and download every recipe, tip sheet and resource list as a web page, Word document or plain text file.
The series covers nutrition basics, better breakfasts, lunches and dinners, desserts and snacks, activity and movement, mindful eating, and accessible apps for nutrition facts, finishing with a celebration and wrap-up.
